About Lean & Green
Lean & Green is the leading CO2 reduction program in logistics. Lean & Green provides companies with verified recognition for achieving proven CO2-reduction targets in the logistical operation. Participants draft their CO2 Action Plan based on our 5 Star Framework in line with international standards like ISO 14083. The program aims to structurally reduce logistic CO2 emissions through annual monitoring of CO2 emissions and projects towards continuous improvement. 100% Collaboration, 0% Emissions. There are 16 countries in Europe and North America where the programme is implemented on a national level by various partners. The international community has a total of over 500 participating companies. The international program focuses on multinationals in which the scope of reductions measured and reduced is brought to a minimum of a European scale. With this programme, companies align with the and upcoming reporting requirement from the EU ‘Fit For 55 programme’.
